At Earthsavers Spa + Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and has at least 75% of the product remaining to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items including the RA number inside the box and ship it back to our main spa location using a trackable method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
