What is your return policy for skincare and wellness products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Are your products cruelty-free and environmentally friendly?
Yes, Earthsavers is committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. We prioritize brands that are cruelty-free, use clean ingredients, and utilize eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
Can I use an Earthsavers gift card for both spa services and online purchases?
Absolutely. Earthsavers gift cards are versatile and can be redeemed for any of our professional spa services at our physical locations or for any products available in our online store.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the near future.
